Prof. Dr. Gulbu Tanrıverdi Tanrıverdi, who completed her undergraduate nursing education at Atatürk University School of Nursing in 1992, obtained the title of professor in the Department of Public Health Nursing in 2017. For over twenty years, Tanrıverdi has been conducting scientific and social studies focusing on transcultural nursing, the impact of culture on health, the use of transcultural models, interfaith nursing, and health approaches in different cultures. Tanrıverdi, who is also a graduate of the Sociology department, has actively participated in fieldwork with her students for the past 30 years in efforts to protect and improve community health.
