Prof . Dario Furnari was abroad both between 2008/2012 thanks to a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Neuroscience, Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation sector; since 2015 he have returned abroad, living and working in different countries, gaining further knowledge of everything related to the world of rehabilitation, re-education and manual and massage methods, also covering management positions. He also deepened the research sector in the rehabilitation sector, with the publication of scientific articles and the participation of various conferences, both as a speaker and as an organizer. His medium and long-term goals are to make the company I work for grow, both in "economic", "social" and "educational" terms. The company is like a big family and like a family it must be treated with respect, with the continuous contribution of one's work, working in synergy with colleagues and all the staff, avoiding inconvenience, and creating an environment conducive to cultural exchange for a better individual and company growth. The patients / customers belong to the company and it must be ensured that it grows exponentially (also with turnover) in order to contribute to the well-being of the company. Furthermore, advertising you a lot through the various networks is important, both for my former patients and friends in the area, and to act as a "bridge" for any foreigners who can find a point of reference in you in case of need. The research lines I worked on at the University of Catania in collaboration with Columbia University in New York, Department of Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences, laboratory of Neurophysiology of Learning and Memory, Aging and Alzheimer's Disease, section of Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and Movement Control, have been in the field of neuroscience, in particular in the role of beta-amyloid and F3 glycoprotein in the synaptic plasticity of hippocampal memory in mice and therefore in Alzheimer's disease; He dealt with behavior and various behavioral tests in mice; of electrophysiology of hippocampal slices in vitro, stereotaxis and cannulation implantation, drug administration and animal welfare. In addition, He have helped other laboratories in the analysis of human movement, in neuropharmacology, in learning and motor control, in the performance of elite athletes in training planning, in rehabilitation and rehabilitation, in the measurement of lactate in physiological exercise . During the PhD he also carried out teaching activities in subjects concerning anatomy, physiology and applied physiology and the sciences of movement and training, psychology.
