Maryam Qasemi is a postdoc fellow at the Institute of Biotechnology of the Czech Academy of Sciences (Czech Republic). She received her Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2021. During her Ph.D. she mainly focused on female infertility with the biomarker investigation approach. In 2022, she moved to Prague and joined the Laboratory of Reproductive Biology (IBT, CAS, Czech Republic) to proceed with her academic career through distinct perspectives. Since then, she has been working on various projects to uncover the (patho)physiological mechanisms of female and male reproductive systems.
